• Third-Party Authentication: If you choose to log in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive profile information (such as your name and email address) as permitted by those providers.

B. Automatically Collected Data & Device Permissions

When you use the DeshiSpicy app, we request specific hardware and feature permissions to provide essential core functionalities:

• Location Data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): We collect precise or approximate location data to display available grocery delivery zones, calculate delivery fees, locate nearby pickup points, and ensure accurate order delivery. Location data is accessed while the app is actively in use.
• Microphone / Audio (RECORD_AUDIO): The app allows you to record voice notes and search queries using our AI voice assistant feature. Audio recordings are captured only when you actively trigger voice input and are processed solely to translate your voice into product search terms or customer queries.
• Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): We request notification access to send real-time updates regarding your order progress, delivery status, order confirmations, and promotional offers. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent:

• Order Processing & Delivery: To manage, fulfill, and deliver your grocery orders accurately.
• Account Management: To create, maintain, and authenticate your user account.
• Customer Support & AI Assistance: To respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and process voice-assisted searches.
• Communications: To send order status updates, security notifications, and service announcements.
• App Optimization & Security: To prevent fraudulent transactions, analyze app performance, and improve navigation.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf and require access to such information to complete their work:

• Delivery Partners: Local couriers and logistics partners to deliver your ordered goods.
• Payment Gateways: Secure payment processors for handling online transactions. (We do not store complete payment card details on our servers).
• Map & Navigation Services: Google Maps APIs to provide address lookup and geocoding services.
• Analytics & Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging & Authentication) for reliable app infrastructure and notification delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

6. Account & Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, you can:

• Navigate to Account Settings > Delete Account directly inside the DeshiSpicy mobile app.
• Or send an explicit request email to support@primacyinfotech.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - DeshiSpicy".

Upon verification, your account, delivery addresses, and personal profile information will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

DeshiSpicy is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.

8. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. All communications between the DeshiSpicy app and backend servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
